Cancellation and Refund Policies Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Payment confirms the order as final.

Site Lists You agree to keep the list of sites provided to you in your reports confidential and securely stored. It is strictly prohibited to distribute this information in any manner.
You also agree to treat the reports and any mention of sites and other users with strict confidentiality. When placing an order, you enter into a privacy agreement between PBN Hosting SL and yourself or the intended recipient. Any breach of this privacy agreement or sharing of site lists in any manner will result in immediate termination of any outstanding or provided services.
In the event of a breach of these terms, you are liable for the following, as outlined by law:
- The cost of rebuilding the part of the network affected by the breach.
- The full cost of the outdated part of the network no longer in use due to your actions.
- All legal fees, court costs, and lawyer expenses incurred by us or any third party whose rights have been violated.
- Any associated costs and charges.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and Spain. By placing an order with us, you enter into this contract and privacy agreement, fully understanding and accepting its terms. Regardless of your current place of residence at the time of the breach or order, you are obligated to comply with and honor these rules.
Other Users You are prohibited from contacting other users whose links may also be placed on the same websites as yours or obtaining any information, directly or indirectly, from the order or associated websites. Any violation of this provision will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in prosecution.

1.3 The services provided to you and your account with us may not be sold, transferred, or used by anyone other than yourself. You may use only one login session per account at a time. If you have multiple accounts, each system account can only be used for one login session at any given time. If your account is found to have been transferred to another party or if there is any other activity that violates this clause, we reserve the right to terminate the account and services immediately.
Backlink Orders 2.1 We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to data stored on the websites where we place the links.
2.2 We cannot be held liable for any ranking drops or long-term issues, including manual penalties or algorithm changes.
2.3 By utilizing the backlinks we provide, you guarantee that you will use them in compliance with the law. Specifically, you guarantee that:
2.3.1 You will not use the backlinks, any linked domains, or IPs in a manner that violates any law or regulation or infringes upon the rights of third parties. You will not allow anyone else to do so.
2.3.2 You will not transmit, link to, or post:
(a) Content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by PBN Links For Sale. We do not endorse, approve, or sponsor such content.
(b) Malware infections, including viruses or other malicious computer software.
(c) The sale and/or distribution of any item or substance that constitutes or encourages the commission of a criminal offense or infringes upon any patent, trademark, design right, copyright, or other intellectual property right or similar rights under the laws of any nation.
2.3.3 You will not engage in bulk email marketing, whether opt-in or otherwise, or use bulk mail to promote a website hosted on our network.
2.3.4 You will not run programs that excessively consume system resources, such as CPU cycles and memory, on the server. We do not host IRC servers, IRC bots, or other programs that require a significant amount of server resources.
2.4 You are responsible for safeguarding any identification, password, or other sensitive information related to your account. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, such as loss, theft, or misuse of your password or other security information, you must notify us promptly.

2.6 PBN Links For Sale members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities using our backlinks:
- Posting off-topic material in violation of the posting rules of any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, email mailing list, or similar group.
- Sending mass email messages, whether unsolicited, opt-in, or otherwise.
- Providing false information to PBN Links For Sale or other users of our service in connection with their use of our services.
2.7 Consequences of Violation:
(a) In the event of an alleged breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, we will conduct an investigation. To prevent potential further illegal behavior, we may limit member access during the investigation. If the violation is significant, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the member’s account and/or pursue other legal remedies. If the violation constitutes a criminal offense, we will notify the appropriate law enforcement agency.
(b) We reserve the right to seek all available remedies against you in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. This includes legal fees and costs associated with postmaster responses to complaints regarding unsolicited commercial mailings, unauthorized bulk mails, and news server breaches.
(c) No service credits will be provided for outages incurred due to policy violations.
2.8 Any access to other networks linked to our services must comply with the regulations established for those networks.
2.9 While we make every reasonable effort to maintain the integrity and security of the websites where your links are placed, we do not guarantee freedom from intruders or hackers. We shall have no responsibility for non-receipt, misrouting, or any other email failure.
Termination 3.1 We may suspend your access to the services and/or terminate this agreement immediately if you fail to make the required payments.
3.2 We may terminate the services and/or this agreement without notice if you breach any of these provisions.
3.3 If you are a business and file for bankruptcy, have an administrator or administrative receiver appointed, or enter into a voluntary agreement with your creditors, we have the right to terminate the services and/or this agreement without notice.
3.4 No refunds will be issued for services that are terminated in accordance with these terms.
3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time without providing a refund.
3.6 Once an order is placed and paid for, cancellation is not possible.
3.7 If this agreement is terminated or the services are suspended, we may delete your order, connected services, and all associated data.
Payment 4.1 All fees for the services must be paid in advance, in accordance with the rates and charges published on our website. We have the right to change pricing at any time, but we guarantee that the pricing is secure for the pre-payment term.

Entire Agreement 13.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with any explicitly referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior agreements, arrangements, undertakings, or proposals, whether written or oral. However, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from our work, including but not limited to revenue loss, search engine penalties, removal from an index, or any other adverse effects. You understand that there is no guaranteed success with SEO services or link building, and you have no right to a refund or compensation if the desired results are not achieved. You also agree to assume full responsibility for any copyright, patent, or trademark disputes that arise in connection with your websites and the work performed on them.
If we have requested access to your website or any related resources (e.g., GSC) and you fail to provide them in a timely manner, it may impede our ability to perform our work. In such cases, we will pause our work until we receive all requested items. Additionally, if we have provided onsite SEO guidance and you fail to complete the work as advised in a timely manner and according to the specified requirements, we will pause our work until it is fully completed.
No refunds will be issued for SEO services, backlink building packages, or any other services offered by us. You acknowledge this when placing an order and agree to waive your right to request a refund, irrespective of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
No Guarantees or Legal Basis for Advice The free help and advice we offer are provided with the best of intentions. However, we cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for any issues, revenue losses, or other consequences that may arise from implementing our advice. You fully accept that our help and advice are provided without any contractual or legal basis, and no claims can be brought against us for the results or effects thereof.
